Non-woven Polishing Wheel with Shank

Non-woven wheels and nylon Fleece Wheels are different forms of coated abrasives made in a fan form. They are coated with different materials and forms for different uses. Comes either mounted with a shank or without a shank and can be ordered in various sizes.

Non-woven abrasives are made of nylon fleece fibers with the abrasive grains spread evenly within. The elastic material adjusts to every surface, allowing constant and reproducible working results. The cool running avoids smearing or otherwise discoloring the workpiece.

Nylon fleece wheels are resistant to humidity and do not clog. It is especially effective for metals such as stainless steel, titanium, and high-nickel alloys. It makes less noise and dust when polishing and doesn’t have the risks due to rust etc falling off like wire brushes.
